Availability is checked live for the date and time the customer picks. While they check out, their items are held for a time you choose (15 minutes unless you change it), so two people can't book the last unit.

Questions about online booking
Can customers book a bounce house online and pay a deposit?
Yes. They pick a date and time, see what's available, and pay a deposit or the full amount to your own Stripe account. You choose the deposit percentage, or let them pay later.
What if an event is too complicated to book online?
Customers can send a quote request instead. You price it in Jumpbook, turn it into a booking, and send a Stripe invoice.
Can customers book the same unit twice by accident?
No. Availability is checked live, and items are held while a customer checks out, for as long as you set.
Do customers sign waivers online?
Yes. Waivers and contracts are emailed after booking and signed on any device, with a reminder if one is still unsigned at the event.
